How can I place an order online?

Click on the item you wish to purchase, select size and quantity required, then click "add to shipping list". You can add additional items or proceed to 'checkout'.

How can I check out and finalize my order?

Once you have finished shopping, go into your shopping cart and click Check Out. You will then be prompted to enter your Shipping, Billing, and other contact information. Once you have filled in all the required fields, click Continue. You will then be prompted to verify your information. After you verify everything, click Send Order. All information regarding to your order will be sent to the E-mail address you provided.

Do you ship your merchandise worldwide?

Yes, we will ship our merchandise worldwide by EMS, TNT, DHL as well as UPS, and it usually takes about 3-5 working days for delivery.

What if I have special delivery instructions?

If you have special delivery instructions for your order, you can enter them in the Comments section at the bottom of the Checkout Page. However please notice that Cosplaypub.com cannot guarantee that a package will arrive at a specific time.

When will my products be delivered?

After your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking information e-mail. You can track your parcel status in 3-7 days online with the tracking number we offer. Usually you can receive your parcel in 3-5 working days.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be sent from Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9a.m. and 6p.m. If you or the intended recipient is not available, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number directly to arrange re-delivery or collect your parcel personally.

How to cancel my order?

-If you do not pay for your order, then do not worry. There are many testing orders at our website everyday, we only pay attention to orders which have already been paid.
-If you have paid for your order,
If you contact us within 36 hours after we receive your payment, 70% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 140) will get into your account within 3 business days
If you contact us within 48 hours after we receive your payment, 50% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 100) will get into your account within 2 business days
If you contact us within 72 hours after we receive your payment, 30% refund (for example, your total order amount is USD 200, we will refund you USD 60) will get into your account within 1 business days
We will not cancel your order after 72 hours from the moment we get your payment. Hope you can kindly understand.
